Featured Rindskopf Art Glass Vase?

    Hello and thank you for taking time to read my post, I believe this to be a Rindskopf produced vase, can anyone confirm that, or give thoughts on a alternate maker, also is there a specific name for the finish or design on the vase. Vase measures 13" to the highest point.
