Featured RockaWay Foot Cycles, Take 2

    Hi Guys Has anybody seen these Rockaway foot Cycles (skates)before ? Do you know the pat pending date ? Seem to be a rare item. Can't find them by Googling. Thank you!

    @Laurence Martin Where did you get the name "Foot Cycles?" And how long and wide is this one?

    Th OP's pictures seem to me these at one time were strapped to the bottom of your feet - heel hold and a platform for the front of your foot with openings on the side for straps?

    Ah so the photo is of a pair together, I though it looked like something with four wheels.....that makes more sense.

    I was just wondering what falling with 20 pounds of iron strapped to your feet feels like?

    Ah! They're upside down in Laurence's picture! I couldn't figure out how to stand on them with the bar on top.

    @Bakersgma We aren't near them right now but think they are about 18" long by about 4" wide. Cast iron wheels with steel fabricated plank. Got from home of 101 yr old resident who recently passed.
