Featured Rockefeller photos 1976

I have the actual photographs of VP Rockefeller when he was in Kings mountain nc in 1976.

Can anyone tell me of anywhere I can maybe find collectors of these type of photos

Have some great shots of the crowd to. Someone may could find themselves in these.

If they, at least seem to be unique, there is surely a Rockefeller library that could be interested.
If not that maybe a political auction?

 

Thanks king. I have never heard of a politician auction. I'll have to find me some info on that.
They are unique. They are the actual photographs that were taken.

 

My earlier comment: "Hmmm, perhaps/maybe(?) some of the last "candid?" photos of Nelson Rockefeller seeing as how he died suddenly the end of January 1979."

Well that comment of mine is obviously a pile o'hooey because there were three (count 'em three) years between 1976 (date of photos) and 1979 when he died.

 

Perhaps you would consider a donation to the local library, which likely has a local history collection.

Debora I have done that already . They loved the ones they got . It was extra special to them because he was photographed with John H Moss which held that position for over 20 years. That same mayor established the western Carolina league in 1947. He was well loved throughout his term
