It is stamped Rogers Smith & Co. Meriden, CT Quadruple , along with I think 213. The cup is 1¾" high x 2" in diameter. It is engraved with "DARLING" on the side. Would this have been made at the factory, or an after thought? Any ideas as to how old, and valuable this cup would be? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Would not surprise me if the "Darling" was done in the factory. Because it's generic rather then for a specific person and also because of the size and extent to which it covers the cup.
