    Hi,

My name is Patricia and I recently bough this table. I have no idea if it is an original or reproduction nor how old it is? If you know, can you let me know, please?.
    Thank you in advance,
    Regards,
    Patricia

It has either been refinished, or it is a reproduction of an older style.
The castors are definitely newer as in 1970ish or later.

    Wait for other opinions.

Hmmm just wondering - Could you come clean my house? Your floors are so shiny with no cat or dog fur! ! !;):cat:

Oh, the people I tagged might want to see pictures of the extension hardware. Might give a better clue to age.

Thinking this is a nicely refinished late 19th century walnut set. As Cluttered noted, the casters are wrong and I noticed felt pads on the chair feet, usually used as a stopgap when owners don't want to replace casters when a piece is, say, refinished. In any case this is a beautiful set!

The underside looks awfully newish to me so Id lean more to repro . But Im often wrong ! Its a fantastic set nonetheless , lucky you .

I'm leaning to the late 19th. I would honestly look for better castors: the refinish is very good, but those look all wrong to me.

Hahaha, those floor belong to the former owner, my floors don't look that clean and polished, you will see in the next pictures. The table will arrive tomorrow and I am super excited, I will take more pictures.

By the way, this is such a nice community, I wasn't expecting that many replies

very nice IMO this table has too many different aged woods , i think it was redone with some new wood , and original parts and screws , so professionally restored/rebuilt .
