    F1E982FD-650B-46C7-BA91-7DDAAA83573E.jpeg Hi!

My parents are clearing their house and using mine as a dumping ground!

This is what I received yesterday! They were my grandmother's.

I know they are Royal Winton Grimwades...and all in immaculate condition! There is a plate too.

Is it wrong to say they are not to my taste, at all!

    Thanking you all

No it isn't.:) It isn't mine either, but there are collectors for this, and I can see why. Those who like it will know more.

    Thank goodness for that

I've got so much of this kind of stuff coming...this site is going to be invaluable with my limited knowledge!

    So many people do!
I can appreciate how beautifully crafted it is though:happy:

Not a style that appeals to me either though it is or at least was popular. The easiest way to know if excitement is called for would be to look at price comparisons if you're thinking of selling them.

I don't immediately see these in a quick search and the piece on the left seems a different pattern than the others to me. Could you post photos of the marks?

I think there may be more than one pattern.....one I think could be Ye Fruitful tree, and one Rose Trellis......

I did find trellis rose completed listings on worthpoint however they seem to have additional "background" landscapes. I don't have a subscription to worthpoint so can't see the prices. Your pitcher, if like the one in the listings, might be missing a lid.

It's a milk jug! We used it every morning when we stayed with my grandmother:happy:

Welcome to our forum Mrsgobber!!:happy::happy:

It is not my style either, but I would have bought it in a heartbeat if the price was right, because of the condition & because there are folks out there who do love this stuff.

One suggestion for future posts, which we welcome BTW because we all love the eye candy aspect of this forum, is to put the material in the title. We have some folks who are much better at glass than they are at pottery & sometimes we just stop in for a few minutes. We may not even click on a post that we could easily answer because we are pressed for time & we don't know what the OP is asking about. :):)

They are sadly, not worth a great deal. Are you UK or US?

In the UK. That's ok then, I'll take them down the charity shop!

Don't be hasty. Did you see the hot water pot that recently sold for GBP 240 on ebay?

I've just been told a salt and pepper set are on sale on an Anerican site for $600. My email has gone down and I can't receive the email with the link...as soon as I have it, I'll post

I'm gobsmacked at that £240. I sold a couple of bits of this a few years ago and didn't get a lot.

I am honestly not thinking for one second these bits will be in the same range!!
