Found in a house with many “travel souvenirs” and the owner of the house did go to Central and South America. This does seem to have a bit of age to it and I haven’t been able to find much of anything similar in my feeble searches. Size is approx 4’x 7’. Any help would be much appreciated, Thank You!

The design in based on the Aztec Sun Stone (sometimes called the calendar stone). https://www.ancient.eu/Sun_Stone/ The rug/blanket was woven in Mexico.
