Russian Deed Translation?

    Looks to me like a government bond paying 4% interest. A carrier bond, meaning that whoever posses it can redeem it. Looks to me like the amount is 480,000,000 French francs, or 159,000,000 rubles. Interested to know if I got that right - it's a lot of money. Of course it could be fake.

    Looks like the French part at the bottom says the same as the Russian part at the top does. Perhaps you can run it through an online translator if nobody steps up for the French or Russian parts. @moreotherstuff may have it correct, but I don't know.

    My guess is those big amounts are the funds behind the entire bond issue, and this bond is actually for 500 francs. That makes a lot more sense to me.
