Russian samovar. Age? Rarity? I know the more ornate the more value.

    Any info on this including a translation of The Russian makers mark/logo would be great. I know With samovars the more ornate the more valuable and that a good condition simple one is usually $1-$1500. The really fancy ones are $5000 and up. This one i would say is $1270 in value but I don't have the to top part on it, it is in another room next to or on one of the other two samovars
