SALESMAN’S SAMPLE or Toy? Folded Umbrella? TIA

    We are wondering what you think. This looks like a miniature umbrella. Measures about 10-1/4” long. The wooden handle has a hole in it for something to have been strung through it. Missing the piece of brass at the bottom. Wood underneath the fabric casing. Thanks!
