Featured Sepia Watercolour Can Anybody Read This Signature

    There's an artist named John Van Minian but he did frakturs. Not the same style

    The anatomy, loosely done cart, and quality of line/shade make me think this is student or amateur work, which might make the artist hard to find. It would not surprise me if elements like the horse were a copy and that's why it's familiar.

    Something very 1930s about the figures. The signature looks like "Williams" to my eye.

    Yes Williams does look a possibility
