Set of Copeland Spode

My grandmother gave this set to my mother (many year ago), who wasn't too crazy about it, never used it. Gave it to me about twenty years ago. I have yet to use it. It's not that I don't like it, I just like other sets I have, better. Thinking of selling it to free up valuable storage space around here. Each piece is in excellent condition.
I've only seen the pattern once or twice on the internet. People selling a piece or two, nothing that even approaches the number in this set. Pieces were selling for around thirty to fifty dollars for small bowls and such. My set is a hundred and nine pieces and not the same number of each piece. Any clue as to the value? Educated guesses maybe? Not sure what to ask or where to even start bidding if I decide to go with a auction. Any idea on the age? Couldn't really find that either. All comments are welcome and appreciated.

I think your Spode set is just stunning! And still very relevant for what today's consumers like (IMHO). If it were mine, I would sell it locally via whatever on-line service is available in your area. And I would sell the set complete. With older sets it's sometimes difficult to figure out value because the trade in older sets is slow. But the advantage of having a complete set is that you only need to find someone who likes it. Start with an aggressive price and expect to negotiate on a final price.

And remember, it's just dishes and you aren't likely to get rich but you can get a fair price. FWIW, just what I would do.

Lovely set. I just gave several sets of lovely china to the thrift store because NOBODY wanted it,at any price. Maybe its different where you are ? I did hang on to the Royal Crown Derby coffee set,its so pretty I couldnt bear to part with it. Yet .

You don't mention your selling venue but if you considering a site like ebay it would be best to break the set up and sell individually or in pairs or sets of four. If pieces are going for $30 or so for a small bowl that's pretty impressive in today's market. It will take awhile to sell all 109 pieces but if you have the patience and don't mind shipping it would seem to me to be the best option.

I'm in the southwest. Probably not ebay. I'm setting up a shop at Rubylane. Might list it with some other stuff in the near future. Thank you all for your comments. Really appreciate the links Say_it_slowly.
