The first is a Victorian demi-lune table or console. I would think late 19th or early 20th century. It is very much in the Western taste but something about the exuberance of the carving and the wood makes me think it was done in the East.

The second piece is definitely Asian in origin. I don't know enough about such furniture to pinpoint age but would think the same as above or later.... possibly much later but you might know better than I how long styles persisted. Much ornate furniture is still being made in the East.

As I suggested in another thread, you might do well to peruse the sites selling British Colonial antiques. Here is a google search for them.

You will probably need to weed out the sites selling reproductions but there does seem to be some good sellers of true antiques. You may at some point want to contact one or more of these dealers as an outlet to sell to.

That table would be a good match for my loveseat. Except I don't need any more furniture!

Hey thanks a lot @verybrad. The second furniture i thought was of chinese origin. that conclusion was made by observing the carvings. what do you think.

It is not screaming Chinese to me but could be. The central carving of the panels seems more Thai or Indonesian to me.
