    Hi all,

I was hoping to find out the value of a Shelley lemonade set but can’t find anything online.

    Can anyone help us please?

    Many thanks

I don't think that's a lemonade set. I think you have part of a tea or coffee set. Pretty .

Ah right. The person we bought this set from has labelled it as a lemonade set on the box.
The tea and coffee sets have cup and saucers also the jug doesn’t have a lid so we’ve assumed it’s a lemonade set.

Still stuck for a value though. Thanks for your reply

Google shows several Shelley lemonade sets, but all with tumblers rather than cups.
Yours would be more practical, as the cups could also serve as coffee mugs. Lovely set.

A shot of the bottom mark might help especially if it has any handwritten numbers or letters. Listing the height of the pitcher and cups might also be helpful. Value is difficult to determine and most of us rarely give values. The market has been a bit unpredictable and value especially since the recession. Shelley normally does well. The more people searching for the pattern, the higher the value tends to go. I would suggest looking on ebay's sold listings or replacements.com to see what other folks are asking for similar pitchers and cups. You may not find an exact match to the pattern but you should be able to find the shape.

This appears to be a Shelley hot water jug, minus its lid, along with 6 mugs.

The "shape" is Shelley's Dainty; the shape was done in several different patterns. This appears to be the Rose and Red Daisy pattern, like this creamer:

Here is a water jug in the same Dainty shape, with a different pattern:

There was a 6 1/2” tall hot water jug that held 28 oz, and one 7” tall that held 32 oz.

    The mugs were 4" tall:

Info & photos are from Replacements.com

Is there a lip to accommodate a lid? Doesn't look like it, but kind of hard to tell from the photo. :)

    I love Shelley dainty stuff!

Hi. Thanks for all of your replies so far. There is no lip to accommodate a lid so don't think it would be for hot drinks, but may be wrong. The jug is 7inches high and the mugs 4inches. I'll add photos now with some more detail.
    Thanks loads.
