Does anyone know what this is for? Made for a kiln or something? Or could be made to heat something inside of it like sword making $_57 - 2021-10-28T231907.420.jpg $_57 - 2021-10-28T231825.886.jpg $_57 - 2021-10-28T231803.428.jpg $_57 - 2021-10-28T231743.121.jpg unnamed.jpg

Googled and found some similar listed as melting furnaces - e.g. to melt lead for joining cast iron sewer pipes. Maybe yours was used for heat treating steel shafts (removing the temper for machining and then re-hardening).
