Featured Signature help, boat painting

Hello all

A gent local to me has this painting for sale, but the signature has both of us stumped, can you help out?

 

almost a cryptic signature !!, its hard to figure which letter the accents apply to, dont know if thats a clue to its nationality

 

really like it though, especially the dreamy sea, looks inviting !!

 

Lanier Borisia? Beautiful painting by someone very accomplished.

 

I keep reading Dania Bloubia, which I'm sure is not a name in any language. I love the painting though, I would have bought it too.

Thanks for all your help, it could be any of those suggested! How frustrating! Would it be rude to criticise the artist for being too artistic with their writing?

 

I was sure the first letter was an R. Taking each letter individually I get Rênia Bòubia. But that's just gobbalajook.

There is no price yet, I help out every now and then with my (limited) knowledge of antiques to help price things, and occasionally buy from him. I know even less about art but this painting struck me so I said I would do a little research. If we can't find anything I expect it will be priced at around £20.

I didn't even see that first letter as a 'D' until I inverted it!!!!!

Boats are North Eastern Spanish Med. Looks like somewhere up on the Costa Brava, Rosas way.
