signature help!

Hi, i acquired this today for 3.00 it had a really cool look to it so i snagged it. I didnt realize until i got home in better lighting that it was signed. The signature appears to be " P. Meyer" ? I was wondering if anyone had more info on the artist? Also what era it could be from? It appears to have a paris street look to it. If anyone has more info im all ears! thanks Also the last picture i used some filter saturation to help enhance the signature more so you guys can see

I'm pretty sure I see P. Meyer......and I like it A LOT!!!!!!! If it says any more there, I can't pull it out......

Could be difficult, Meyer is a pretty common name in the German speaking regions and even in the Netherlands and parts of Belgium and France. It comes from the Dutch word meijer/meier/meyer, which means supervisor or steward. The word is related to the English word mayor.
