    another estate sale pick up in Los Angeles. Couldn’t make out the artist but just couldn’t walk away from the piece. Can anyone make out the artist?

    looks can be deceiving ........
    the inner mat is not acid free and of all the hundreds of frames i've ever used to frame prints posters and paintings......the black metal aluminum frame was the cheapest............ by far !!

    ( they did...although.....stand the test of time...;).. )
