    Hmm a close up on the signature would help, but this does look like a hobbyist piece done from a photograph. That mat is very damaged and full of acid so you should remove it. Maybe there will be more info on the piece.

    But I'm with mirana, it is an amateur piece. So you probably won't find the maker, and knowing the name won't add value to the piece.
