    It looks like a "take" on the southern name - Boudreaux, so I don't know.. :rolleyes:

    I was trying to see if I could tease out anything more. I had wondered if there was an "h" o at the end but I seem to have lost it in the editing so don't know if it's there.

    I suppose it could say May 13 ......

    Thanks SIS and it looks like a comma at the end of the name and a period at the end of the date.

    Also, it sort of looks like it was painted on rough canvas, perhaps a fine grade of burlap on flat board? Or is that a prefab canvas?
