    Thanks for all the suggestions. I am kind of leaning towards Handford with a first initials maybe M.
    Found also the year 89.
    Kind of crooked shape so I would think a hobbyist piece.

    Maybe it says handmade in some Germanic language. It seems really unlikely that the date would be on the side.
