Signed and dated Japanese prints? Please help!

    Hi,
    I bought these prints in auction, and would like to find out more about them. I actually don’t know if they are prints or real paint, if anyone can guide me on how to check I would greatly appreciate it.
    These are the first I have ever bought and would like to know what they are, if anyone recognise the signature and if anyone can translate the writing @Ce BCA please help. Do I understand correctly that they may be dating around 1970? Or is it 1870?
    Please copy in if there is someone whom may know about this as well.

    I think those were made by a Westerner trying to do something in Japanese style. And certainly 1970.
