Signed Baseball 1978

Bought this signed baseball last weekend.
As it's a 1978 model, with the Royal Netherlands Baseball and Softball Federation (KNBSB) stamp, I assume this was used/signed during a tournament held in Haarlem in 1978 (https://www.baseball-reference.com/bullpen/1978_Haarlemse_Honkbalweek)
Japan (1st place) and South Korea (2nd) participated in this tournament.
I think the sigs are from the Japanese team. Correct?

The seller also had 3 other balls, of which 2 were definitely signed (not sure about the other ball), but the sigs were too worn, and hardly legible, so I didn't buy those (also because I was out of cash... )
One baseball also had Asian characters, so those would be the Korean sigs, if mine is from the Japanese team, or vice versa. And on the other ball I could only vaguely read one name. I remember reading 'Allan Alez', but I'm not sure, and couldn't find any info. But it seemed to be a Hispanic name, so I assume that ball had the sigs of the Cuban team.

 

If you can figure out the team. The numbers by the siggies would be the Jersey Number of the player.

 

The site I mentioned, also has a page with the names of all the players .... but it only mentions their positions and not the numbers ...
