Featured Signed/numbered print-help ID signature ?

    Picked this up at a garage sale this weekend.From what I can tell it's an offset litho (dot matrix/halftone). Image size is 7 1/2" by 9 1/2", tasteful but cheap frame,well-cut double mat, nothing written on reverse.
    It depicts Lion Rock on the N.Oregon Coast. Nice little piece prob done for the $35-$85 Summer tourist crowd.
    Can't read either signature (the printed or penciled one)-any help is much appreciated-thanks as always !

    The red mark looks like the Golden Gate, which is possible if the 1988 print date is accurate. Numbered 72/100 and marked For John Neeley ...and that's as far as I can get.

    Great observation Ruth-the chop does look like one of the Golden Gate Bridge's towers.
