It could just be a bad stamp where half the R is what's missing. I don't know of a tradename for a non-silver alloy with that name. Or it could be from one of the Asian countries. Is the yellow cast to it in the main picture an effect of the lighting? Almost looks spray painted. Where is the SILVEI stamped on it? Assuming it's a mirror? Can we see that side?
See those green swipes? I don't think it's actually silver. Might be plated, but even that isn't clear to me.
The green’s not enough to conclude. I’ve seen sterling silver with verdigris. I would assume that happens if the piece stays near other plated items and the green transfers. But the color looks kind of off. Some spots looks like silver to me and other does not.
Silvei is probably the name of a manufacturer. Maybe a Turkish manufacturer? They love those bold roses. Difficult to say if it is silver or plated. Silver of a fineness below sterling can have verdigris. I often have to clean green stuff off old 800 and 835 Continental European jewellery when I get it.
Wonder if this might be a trade name for a nickel alloy...... like nickel silver, German silver, etc.
