Featured Silver Brooch with charms

    Hello everyone - could anyone please tell me what this brooch is and if you think it is worth anything? It's a brooch with charms, about 6 cm by 7cm and marked "Prata 90" which I think means silver (though I have no idea whether that would be solid silver or silverplate). Apparently, it's been in the family for about 40 years but nobody knows where it came from, so might be older. Thank you so, so much! Your time and advice are very much appreciated!
