    I did try to figure it out an got nowhere I'm sure someone here knows. To me it looks like a Bow with a W and maybe a whale?

    It's a Watson mark (crown-W-lion) - for future reference, IDs are almost always easier to make if a picture of the entire item is shown...

    LOL I tried to draw it. It's just driving me nuts because I have never seen that mark before. Although there are a lot I will probably never see but usually on brushs an vanity sets you see the same common ones.

    I looked at Watson before none of the marks I seen of theirs matches it. I guess I better go back an look again.

    There are usually variants in manufacturers' trademarks, sometimes many, and not all will appear in references, whether online or in print - I've seen this variant before, and it is a Watson mark, 1910+.



    Posted the Replacements link just a minute after your image of the brush and mirror, so I didn't see it - it is the same pattern (7702 and 7705), which have plain backs, the linked piece (7705/5) has the added cartouche, yours (7702/8 and 7705/8) has additional engine-turned stripes...
