Featured Silver hallmarks outside band on a ring

I doubt this is terribly old or valuable, but I cannot locate these hallmarks in my research. Here are the hallmarks and the ring....reminds me of Bali/Indonesian. The stone does not glow under a black light, but it does show up as an opaque egg yolk color under the light. Thanks.

Polish Baltic cognac amber .800 silver ring, assayed in Warsaw, 1963-1986. Beautiful amber, cognac is my favourite amber colour.

Egg yolk is the usual fluorescence colour of cognac amber.

It is different for the different colours amber. Egg yolk is perfect for cognac amber. You probably saw a slight fuchsia glow on the egg yolk as well.
