    Welcome, Cliff! I would love to help, but your pictures do not provide a good look at the marks - cleaning the marked areas and retaking the pics would help a lot.

    Thanks for coming back Cliff. I had to zoom 200% on those in order to read that the one on the right says Sterling and the one of left has a star and the letters R & B. The 3 little circles beside "sterling" are still too small - can you read them?

    Just found the star R & B mark in Rainwater's Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers. It's shown there are belonging to Rogers & Brothers of Connecticut - used on silver plated flatware.
