Silver Mark Help Please

    Hi all, I'm trying to figure out who made these spoons (about 6"L). It doesn't help that the mark is backwards, took me a bit to figure that out:) Looks like a head with a heart above it, I'm not finding anything so hoping someone here will know.
    any information appreciated

    Wonderful, thank-you SIS, looks right for the Chester pattern:). I guess the maker mark was for one of the silver companies that joined together to become International Silver if I'm understanding the history of them
