Featured Silver Overlay Footed Open Salts / Nut Dishes

Might anyone have any solid leads on a maker for these unmarked silver overlay open salts or possibly individual nut dishes (not sure which). They are approx. 3" in diameter and stand 1-3/8" high.

 

Not salts. Salt and silver are not friends.

The salt would only be in contact with the glass. Not saying these are salts though, I have no idea other than that they are very pretty.

 

Despite some folks insisting that silver open salts must have glass liners or gilt interiors, period catalogs show that was not always the case (housekeeping guides of the times suggested that salt cellars should be emptied before being put away) - with these items, the silver deposit is in the interior, which would be atypical for salts, the design wouldn't be visible when filled and subject to abrasion from the spoon as well corrosion from the salt. These are nut dishes - here are similar in the silver deposit section of a 1910 Fostoria catalog, though the silver is on the outside:
