Featured Silver Pearl Brooch /Pendant.. maybe Mikimoto ??

    Hi,

    I've just bought this brooch and I have no idea about its maker.. The pearls appear to be real and it's marked "Silver" with no other marks.. I was thinking Mikimoto because of the style & the pearls & also the closing mechanism is very similar to the closing mechanism that he uses for brooches.. did he always sign his work ? Or maybe is just a knock off ? :)

    Mikimoto is usually marked with a "M" in a shield.The quality looks more like a Chinese knockoff.
