Silver pendant ID

Hello! I picked up this silver pendant a while ago, finally found the right partner (kyanite beads). I feel like I recognize the mark, but can't place it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Taxco

 

Yup. The only thing missing is whodunnit. I don't see a name. It has the Taxco #3 eagle though, and says Taxco. (for anyone wondering, that''s wheredunnit not whodunnit.)

 

Pre-1980, one of many Taxco makers, not one of the major ones.
Glad you found beads to go with it, it looks nice.

I’m really pleased with how it turned out as a finished piece:

 

The first thing that came to mind when I saw the pendant was that it resembled the symbol commonly associated with the Holy Spirit, found in both Catholicism and Pentecostal religions.

 

Looks good, you have an eye for how colours and balanced beading work together with the design of the pendant.

 

I saw that, too! It does kind of look like the dove.

 

Interesting! The first thing I thought of was Turkish tulip designs, like Ottoman-style.
