Silver plate picture frame

    Hi

    I am trying to determine an estimate of the age and potential value of this, what certainly appears to be, very old embossed silver plate frame.

    The back is a velvety material and if you look at the close up photo, you will see that it is marked R.C EPNS Sheffield, England in a very lightly etched marking.

    Dimensions: 37x28cm
