Silver plated bowls w/ handles & feets - mystery mark

Anyone know the mark here? It makes me think of one of the arts & crafts era makers marks. No clue though. Can’t tell if the lion crests are factory done or later additions? Leaning more towards factory. I have two, they are well made. Both are worn to hell with lots of verdigris. The form is a bit hard to photograph.

 

Four leaf clover...maybe Howard Sterling Co.?

 

A closer look at the mark would help. From this distance I am not convinced of Howard, although I have already been checking out other marks in case.

 

@J Dagger Are there words on the banner under the lion?

 

Howard disposed of their electroplated lines in 1891.

 

I’ll get a better one when possible. Out of town at moment. I don’t recall any lettering with the lion.

 

That’s the best option so far but as Baker said I’m not totally convinced. Thanks!
