silver-plated spirit kettle: looking for help to identify design/style

I have an antique silver-plated samovar inherited from a relative. There are no identifying marks of any kind that would indicate its origin.

I am looking for help in characterizing the designs on this object. There are the repeated elements of the multi-line bands with Xs and the concentric circles. I was wondering if those indicated anything in particular about this object.

Thanks for correcting me on the type of object. Another family member called it a samovar so I went with that.

Yes, there is a heating element beneath the kettle. It seems to be intended to burn alcohol with a wick.

Almost all of these are pre WW1, most seem to be in the 1900-1914 era. I've had some beauties over the years, some of the secessionist ones are fantastic!

 

I wasn't familiar with the term secessionist in this context but I just now educated myself on this reference.
