silver russia and estonia marks

    Can someone help me identify this marks? Someone told me its stamps from both Russia and Estonia. Can someone here be more specific?

    It bears the import mark (3) for Russian assayer Kliment Zagayevsky, 1899 - 1908.

    Zagayevsky (the '3' is a Cyrillic 'Z') was the assayer for Riga, Latvia, which was part of the Russian Empire, and is where the piece would have been exported to, assayed and stamped - perhaps whoever told you the stamps were "from both Russia and Estonia", was confusing Estonia for Latvia. Would guess your item was likely produced in Germany...

    The other mark, though badly rubbed, appears to be the 'bear-rampant-in-lozenge' stamp that seems to show up on Riga import pieces of the period - it may me a Riga maker/importer, but there is a theory that it may be an unofficial or unknown Riga mark indicating .875 fineness:
