Hi all. Picked up this 5 1/4 inch long spoon and as usual cant make heads nor tails of the marks. I do try,I swear ! Is this some sort of invalid spoon ? The small bowl is odd to me. Any help is always appreciated . :)

It's plated. Probably English. Let me see if I can find out who.

Baby spoon, maybe? That is a very tiny bowl.

This spoon is so weird, pretty sure someone modified it from a pair of large sugar tongs - and the reason for the marks being on the front, the proportionally small bowl, what appears to be a slight concavity look to the top, etc. Also looks like maybe a bit of grinding or filing by the bowl, would guess they took the shoulders off to narrow the stem...

These tongs are about 5.3" long:

This is where I see grinder, file or maybe saw marks:

Probably just repurposing a damaged item, could call it a 'make-do' - once tongs like that are broken, they're pretty much done, might be worth trying to repair silver, but not for plated goods...
