I bought a little thimble box which contained a thimble which I had no interest in as I thought it was rubbish.
I cleaned it and found it's 800 silver and gilded and has 3 Jade stones, problem is 3 are missing and I can't find any replacements.
Does anyone by a remote chance have any Jade stones of the size I need 3x4mm?

I was sure it's Jade though.

I've bought wee replacement stones like that on Ebay.

I keep looking on there but no luck so far.
I had the idea of buying 6 Garnets too, they would look lovely but it's getting them that small that's the problem.

    Hm. Tiny moonstones or peridot?

Yes those too would look lovely, they have to be flat back as well.

The shape of the setting looks more oval, are you sure they aren't 3X5mm which is a standard size?

Those look like chrysoprase rather than jade. The color is a better match, and jade that translucent and green would be in karat gold instead of a silver thimble.

I measured several times but I'll check again m it's antique so sizes might have been different back then.

Agree, if natural, look like chrysoprase. Otherwise, suspect glass.

Definitely Chysoprase, I haven't been able to find any to match the size though so I might have to put something else in it.
