Silver Vase - 19th to Early 20th CE Persian?

    I hope that you are well. Any info on the below item would be very welcome. Here are my working assumptions and a few extra details:

    A late 19th to early 20th century Persian (Qajar period) silver vase marked "84" silver standard and an unidentified maker's mark in Persian or Arabic. It weighs 199 grams and measures 13.5 cm tall x 7cm wide (at the widest point).

    It is a beauty. I have its sibling, only a bit more slender.
    I think you've nailed it. Just remember, although the 84 mark looks the same as the Russian 84 zolotnik mark, it doesn't mean the same. The Persian 84 mark stands for .840 silver fineness. It was introduced ca 1890.
