Small .800 Vermeil Tea Strainer, Illegible Mark; Please Help

The bowl is ~1 3/4" diameter, ~15/16" deep; the handle is ~3 1/8" long. Weight is 0.580 ozt. The bowl is gold-toned inside & out. The only part of the mark I'm reasonably sure of is the 800, an' that's a reach. Whatever help y'all may be able to offer about it will be very welcome. Thanks for lookin'!

 

Sorry @wlwhittier, to me the handle image just isn't sharp enough, either way up, to clearly clarify and enlarge it enough to really read what it says..........although, between the two sets of "symbols" it does look like two letters lightly engraved...........maybe you can put a loupe to it??
