Small Bronze Bird Figurines - Isreali?

Hello folks! I'm trying to determine the country of origin of these two bird figurines which I think are bronze. The larger figurine is about 3 1/2" long and 1 3/4" tall. The other measures about 1 1/2" tall. There are the remains of a sticker on the larger figurine. I can read the numbers 64076 and a small number. there is also some type of foreign (to me anyway) character above the 7. For some reason I am thinking they might be Isreali but I can't say why. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks so much!

The figures themselves remind me of Egyptian bird stances.

I think Isreali is very possible too, I cannot see enough of the lettering on the label.

 

The letters do look like Hebrew at first glance.

 

Austrian pieces tend to be finished to a higher degree so I think Israel is very likely.

 

The choices of a rooster & a crane make me think Chinese. Both birds are popular motifs in Chinese art.
