Jumble find for 20 pence. Cup is 2 and a quarter inches tall. Saucer is 1 inch deep and 3 and a half Inches wide. It's very thinly slip cast, could it be 19thc creamware? As it's so small would it be for drinking chocolate? The cup doesn't fit the saucer very well, it shifts round a bit. The only mark is on the cup base, could be S or G but I'm assuming that's the person who did the gilding. image.jpg Any thoughts anyone please? image.jpg image.jpg

It is small enough to be demitasse. I felt it has an oriental look due to the handle but the rest of it, not really. Thanks for looking.
