Measures 3" x 2 1/2" and stands 1 1/4" tall. Unmarked base. Is this Murano?

Ashtrays of this style were massivelyy imported from Europe, mostly Italy and France, in the 1950-60's.

There were many glass houses on the Isle of Murano so you are probably safe saying Murano art glass. I had a quite similar ashtray with the gold mica flecks - almost a controlled pattern that had an the old sticker from Barovier & Toso.
