Small glass vase

    Hi all
    Anyone have any ideas what kind of glass this might be, when might have been made and what it might be used for?
    It not very tall about 20cm

    Looks like a huqqa base from the shape. Difficult to date and place, perhaps most likely early 20th century and Czech/Bohemian for the Eastern market.
