Small Japanese vase old or fake?

    It is 6” tall has hairline cracks in same place on both handles. No marks on bottom. I’m a newby here so please forgive any mistakes I make. Trying to upload pics. Has a heavy feeling to it

    Old. Kyoto earthenware IMO

    Just wondering, is that the same as Kyo ware?

    It's not the same. You sometimes see this described as Kyoto Satsuma ware. It doesn't look fake and I think it will date to the second half of the 19th century.
