Small landscape by Dolan?

    Hello, I believe the signature is Dolan, but I would appreciate other opinions or any information. Thank you!

    Looks like factory art. Signature could be dolan/dolau

    May or may not be factory art.

    Frame looks 1970s. Plenty of people were still painting for a hobby at that time.
    I don't think it is a well known artist.

    A nice decorator piece. I can see this in a different frame in a cabin setting.

    Here is some updated information I have found. Just in case it is helpful for others.

    Johann Arnberger AKA Dolan

    Johann Arnberger was born at Vienna, Austria in 1903 where he attended the School of Arts and Graphics under Prof. Grossi. He traveled a lot through Italy, Germany and Switzerland. His paintings were exhibited in the Viennese "Burggarten" and "Glaspalast".
