Small porcelain pitcher/ewer with putti/cherubs - Is this a A.W.F. Kister mark?

I think the mark on this matches the A.W.F. Kister mark on porcelain marks and more -thoughts?:

Also - if it is a Kister piece from late 19th century - what would the value range be? It's about 5" tall.
