Featured Smokey Amber Plastic Buckle; Needs a Belt!

    Shamefully unmarked. 2⅛" between the semi-circular ends, so probably a 2" fabric belt or sash, which would enclose the .048" brass wire. The back of the 'knob', and the corresponding notch in the other half, are finely machined. The cross-section of the semi-circles is an isosceles triangle, ~.415" X ~.275", with rounded vertices. The material isn't Catalin. Lucite (Perspex) perhaps? The look is 1930's, to me.

    It's a small thing, but significant to me.

    Nice belt buckle.
    Years ago I sold a YES band brass belt buckle and an Elvis Belt Buckle... thank ya, thank you very much.:p:p:p

    Speaking of Elvis I wonder now if they are going to start pulling any items with Elvis on them. All the chapels that use an Elvis impersonator got a cease and desist letter. I can see them going after the collectibles as well. It never ends.

    I still try to fight it, but some buckles are stronger than my willpower.:shame:
