Snuff bottle?

    Hi all I have been trying to look up anything on this nice little snuff box i presume? But can not find any similar,
    Would anyone have knowledge on this item pls

    Is that poker thing for cleaning the bowl of the pipe or something else?

    the bowl is very narrow...and opium is very sticky..
